How a VIP upgrade works:
After purchasing a ticket to one of our events. You may upgrade your ticket to VIP. This gets you a big bag of swag.
At any time during the event you can collect your swag from the TO desk. All you need is some ID and the 5 digit order number from this purchase.
Only one VIP upgrade may be purchased per player per event ticket.

Except where a flexible ticket upgrade has been purchased.
- Tickets purchased from this website are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase excluding those purchased within 30 days of the date of the event.
- After 30 days of purchase tickets are non-refundable. This does not effect your statutory rights.
- Tickets purchased within 30 days of an event are non-refundable.
